Have a cold right now? Trying to avoid getting one? Here are some tips for avoiding a cold and what to do if you already have one.

Avoiding a cold:

  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Avoid touching people if possible
  • Ask your friends if they have one (And try not to get too close to them if they do)
  • Don’t let people sneeze on you
  • Don’t let people cough on you

Already have one?

  • Blow your nose to avoid a runny one
  • Take medicine
  • Try not to drink milk, it makes it worse
  • If you start coughing because of your cold, cough really hard to avoid cough attacks
  • Try not to spread it to other people
